Essie Rock at the Top

Hey guys!

Today I have a swatch and review of one the new Essie Luxeffects for 2014 - Rock at the Top.
Rock at the Top is a gold glitter in a clear base.

The formula and glitter pay-off is amazing in this one! So easy to work with!
Down below I applied one coat of Rock at the Top over Essie Licorice.

I am in love with this glitter!
